Hi.

I’m Fabio and I lead global executive creative direction for Meta's brands—Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and Messenger—driving the development of impactful, innovative ideas.

I orchestrate the creation of high-performance campaigns by spearheading the in-house teams, and collaborate with regional creative hubs, agencies, production partners, creators and creative technologists.

Prior to Meta, I had the privilege of collaborating with renowned agencies across the United States, Europe, and LATAM.

My journey spans leadership roles at top agencies including DDB, VMLY&R, 360i, Leo Burnett, Ogilvy and Africa, and McCann across New York, Chicago, Sao Paulo, and Portugal.

I've had the joy of partnering with clients such as Absolut Vodka, Allstate, AMC Networks, Canon, Coca-Cola, GM, Kellogg's, Legoland, NBC Universal, Nestlé, P&G, Unilever, the United Nations, Volvo, and YouTube.

Throughout my career, I've been fortunate to receive industry recognition, with over 20 Cannes Lions (including an Agency of the Year award) and accolades from prestigious platforms like the One Show, D&AD, Effies, London, Webbys, and Clios.

As a international keynote speaker and awards jury member, I've had the honor of visiting more than 15 countries across four continents.

With triple citizenship in the United States, Brazil, and Italy, I believe that great minds and ideas transcend borders.
